Pastor Israel Shinn
			Dr. Israel Shinn is a former medical doctor who had successfully practiced medicine for seven years before God spoke to him to go into ministry full time. God touched him dramatically and called him into His ministry, administering to him many assignments and responsibilities. Without hesitation, Dr. Israel Shinn gratefully responded to the high calling. With God’s loving and powerful leading, he laid the foundation of Israel Shinn Ministries (ISM) and Shekinah Church International (SCI) with the uncompromised, pure Word of God. All along, Dr. Israel Shinn has striven to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit with a deep hunger. His faithful and passionate pursuit of the Word and Spirit has endured through time and circumstance. As a result, his ministry has experienced many confirming favors, power, and redemption of souls. He currently pastors Shekinah Church International in Los Angeles, California.
